At Brian Pike Packaging we have developed robot palletising solutions to meet our customer ever growing needs for faster more efficient bagging lines. Utilizing the speed and reliability of industry leading Fanuc robots we can offer our customer a range of 4 and 6 axis robots, these can be supplied as part of a complete bagging line or as addons to existing customer machines.
By integrating robots into our bagging lines our customers have been able to increase their production to 7 -15 bags per minute on a one-man operation.
We design and manufacture our robot lines to specific customer requirements, whether it’s a simple 1 pallet stack, multi pallet stack or powered roller track loading.
