The Pre-Packer is our entry level machine, it’s sturdy, robust design offers our customers an easy to use bagging plant.
Designed for 1-person operation and capable of accurately filling and sealing 3 -4 bags per minute.
Hoppers come complete with an 18” wide power feeder complete with inverter drive to give 2 variable feed rates for a fast-initial fill and slower “dribble” to give consistent accuracy.
Hopper sizes range from 6ft Sq. to 9ft Sq. (larger sizes available upon request) And are all fabricated from heavy duty 5mm thick steel plate.
They benefit from an easily adjustable rack and pinion door that allows the operator easy control of the product feed rate.

A rear mounted vibrating motor is also fitted to the hopper cone to help prevent “sticking” of materials. The hopper control panel features “Start”, “Stop” and “Inch Buttons to IP65 mounted on a sturdy movable stand. The weighing of the product is done using our heavy-duty digital scale and funnel. Empty bags are held securely in place using our mechanical funnel and sack grips, once filled to weight a simple lever operation then releases the bag.
The scale comes complete with 3 x stainless steel loadcell and a stainless-steel digital indicator. This allows the operator quick and easy adjustment of target weight and the automatic “ Zero” to ensure accurate readings every time.

The bagging trolley is a heavy-duty angle iron frame with a 5mm thick steel table and backrest.
A height adjustable shelf means it can support a wide range of bag lengths and its 8 sealed bearings provide smooth reliable running between scale and heat-sealer.

The Pre-Packer is supplied with a choice of 2 impulse Heat sealers, either the Star 66 or the Cootes NC200.
Both come complete with adjustable height stand and user-friendly control settings for easy heat and cool adjustment.
