Hybrid Bagger

The standard 9ft Sq. Hopper 8 Tonne capacity* (other sizes available) comes with an 18” wide power feeder complete with inverter drives to give 2 variable feed rates for a fast-initial fill and slower “dribble” to give consistent accuracy.

All our hoppers are fabricated from heavy duty 5mm thick steel plate. They benefit from an easily adjustable rack and pinion door that allows the operator easy control of the product feed rate.

A rear mounted vibrating motor is also fitted to the hopper cone to prevent “sticking” of materials.

The 4ft Sq. Digital scale base comes with large, heavy duty gutters for easy holding and removal of bulk bags. For the filling of small bags, a mechanical funnel can be easily swung into position and securely fastened.

The stainless-steel weigh indicator offers the operator quick and easy adjustment of target weight and the automatic “zero” ensures an accurate reading every time

For the filling of bulk bags, bags are simply slid onto the gutters by the operator and once the start button is pressed the machine will fill the bag to required weight and stop. This forklift operator can then safely remove the bags from the gutters and repeat the process.

To switch to the filling of small bags (pictured left) the funnel must be swung up into position, the bagging trolley and frame can then be moved into place over the scale base. This allows the filled bagged to be slid effortlessly to the heatsealer machine ready to be sealed. The bagging trolley comes complete with height adjustable shelf to accommodate a large range of bag sizes.

The Hybrid Machine is supplied with a choice of 2 impulse Heat sealers, either the Star 66 or the Cootes NC200.
