Autopacker

In addition to the hopper and reciprocating power feeders found in all our powered bagging machines, the Autopacker benefits from. Our Digital Auto-Scale complete with pneumatic bag clamps to securely hold bags in place whilst being filled, then releasing when required weight is reached. 

The Fischbein-Saxon continuous hot air heatsealer for fast reliable continuous sealing with variable speed settings for accurate integration with conveyor speeds.

Our heavy-duty digital scales are manufactured in house and can be supplied stamped by trading standards if required.

• Robust, user friendly CSW20 digital weigh indicator.
• 2 x hand sensors for automatic bag clamping.
• Accurate weighing using 3 x 300kg Stainless steel Loadcells.
• Long lasting cast-iron bag funnel.

Heavy duty rubber belt conveyors for transporting filled and weighed bags through the heatsealers or stitchers available in different lengths to suit customer requirements.

We can also supply Heavy duty rubber belt elevators designed to raise filled and sealed bags to operator’s waist / chest height to ease the physical handing. Complete with height adjustable legs to accommodate different heights and angles to suit operator requirements, these are also available in various lengths.

Reliable 3phase motors are used in all conveyors and elevators.

We can also manufacture and supply a range of auxiliary equipment to be used in conjunction with our autopackers to further increase speed and productivity.

These can include Pick up Stations, sack kickers and deflectors, bag flatteners and aligner units etc. all of which can be used along side a range of palletising robots to provide a fully automatic bagging line.

As well as offering the complete Auto-packer machine we are able to offer the Auto-packer conversion kit that allows customers to convert original Pre-packer machines to benefit from the speeds offered from the Auto-Packer.
