Our range of Sand Bagging machines offer our customers a reliable, cost effective bagging plant capable of filling a standard sand bag in 3-4 seconds. Sand bags are simply held over the spelt by the operator whilst the bag is filled.
The filling operation can be controlled by either a Foot-switch method Press to GO, release to STOP, or an adjustable timer allowing the operator to pre-set the desired fill time. Our hoppers are fabricated out of heavy duty 5mm thick steel plate and are available in a range of sizes and capacities to suit almost any customer requirements.
The material is fed into the sack by means of an 460mm wide reciprocating feeder, whilst a powerful rear mounted vibrating motor assist in the free flow of material helping to prevent “sticking” of the material on the inner walls of the hopper.
A rack and pinion door mounted on the hopper outlet gives the operator the ability to easily regulate material flow to aid speed and accuracy of sack filling. A height adjustable bag support table is also supplied to help support the bag whilst being filled.

This machine was supplied with a 3mtr powered conveyor, auto funnel and digital scale. It also featured an inspection platform for easy visual checks of hopper material levels.
